Common questions

How does Recreat make a recipe?

Tap +, take or choose a photo of a dish, and enter its name. Recreat's AI looks at the photo and writes a recipe you can cook at home. AI recipes can be wrong, so always check ingredients for allergens and cook food to safe temperatures.

Can I fix a recipe or post?

Yes. Open your post, tap •••, and choose Edit Post to change the dish name, restaurant, or any part of the recipe. Choose Delete Post to remove it.

How do I report or block someone?

Tap ••• on a post, comment, or profile and choose Report or Block. We review every report within 24 hours. Blocked users' posts and comments are hidden from you, and you can unblock them under Profile → Blocked Users.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile → Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account and everything you've posted. You may be asked to sign in again first.

I can't sign in

If you use email and password, tap Forgot password? on the sign-in screen. If that doesn't help, email us with the address you signed up with.
